Our Spice Up Spring campaign will be highlighting the versatility of the ICONIC PUEBLO CHILE.

Our next stop will include Pueblo Chile Hot Sauce made Locally, here in Pueblo, Colorado, by PexPeppers Hot Sauce.

The company started in 2009 in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania which became owner’s, Garrett Peck’s, success story which saved his life. In late 2016, Pex Peppers moved to Pueblo where the creator behind the sauces- Peck, was introduced to a unique Chile Pepper, none other than Pueblo Chile. In the beginning, the sauces started out as a Enchilada Sauce but later in July of 2017 was added to the hot sauce lineup due to high demand from the flavor. Specifically, there are three main sauces that contain Pueblo Chile out of the 15+ sauces. The Pueblo Chile Peppers used come from local Musso Farms and have since the hot sauces originated.

As of recently Pex Peppers manufacturing, distribution and retail store location has opened at 2705 Lake Ave. You can also visit their website at https://pexpeppers.com where you can purchase their products online or see a locator to a store that carries them near you.
