Pueblo Restaurant Month is a community-wide celebration of local flavor, inviting residents and visitors to eat their way through Pueblo while supporting the restaurants that make our food scene special. With fun, friendly competition elements like bingo cards and prizes, it turns dining out into an interactive experience for the public. More than just a meal, Pueblo Restaurant Month encourages people to try new restaurants, discover hidden gems, and support local businesses, making it a win for restaurants, chefs, and the entire Pueblo community.
STEP 1: Starting Monday, February 2nd, pick up a BINGO card at any participating restaurant location, The Greater Pueblo Chamber of Commerce, or print a PDF version from our website, using the QR code.
STEP 2: Spend a minimum of $25.00 at participating locations and receive a stamp on your BINGO card. You must ask your server for the stamp.
STEP 3: BINGO! Get six stamps in a linear row, in any direction (horizontal, vertical, or diagonal). *Any additional rows are an extra entry. Up to 6 additional entrees, is the max.
STEP 4: Fill out the contact information on the BINGO card and turn your card into The Greater Pueblo Chamber of Commerce (302 N. Santa Fe Ave) on or before Monday, March 2nd for a chance to win the Grand Prize — $500 cash plus a gift card to every restaurant that participates in Pueblo Restaurant Week – valued over $1400.00!
One lucky winner will be drawn and notified on Wednesday, March 4th, 2026!

Pueblo meet Marcia & Gerald, you’re 2025 Pueblo Restaurant Week winners!
They ate at 11 of the 36 participating restaurants during our four week campaign!
Marcia and Gerald relocated to Pueblo 15 years ago, and have loved getting to try our unique culinary scene. Marcia mentioned while dining at one of the bingo card locations, they ran into a couple that they hadn’t seen in years! This gave them the opportunity to catch up with them, which they appreciated!
