Overview

Our next stop will be at TWO local family-owned restaurants including food and beverages from Ruby’s and Graham’s Grill 3. Thank you to Heather and Danny Beaudry for highlighting Pueblo Chile in both of your establishments.

Let’s start off with Ruby’s! The atmosphere is exactly the place you want to sit and catch up with friends. Their outdoor patio is open during the warm seasons and then outdoor heaters and firepits are fired up during the winter/fall seasons. Ruby’s has fun “Al Fresco” vibe.

At Ruby’s you will want to experience all of their signature cocktails! Drinks are normally paired with the meal you order. We ordered “The Pueblo” which is a Flatbread with Alfredo Sauce, Milberger Pueblo Chile, Red Onions, Bacon Bits, Parmesan cheese and toasted. They paired this with the “House Sangria” which included House Cabarnet, with berries, fruit, Triple Sec and Peach Schnapps. Keep an eye out for more Pueblo Chile inspired dishes coming SOON!

We then ventured to Graham’s Grill 3 which is one of two locations. Many of the menu items at Graham’s Grill include Certified Pueblo Chile such as their Pueblo Chile & Cream Burger or the Pueblo Favorite Slopper!

Pueblo Chilies can be added to any sandwich or food item. Two of their famous drinks include their Prickly Pear Martini and their Loaded Bloody Mary.
We Recommend The Pueblo Flatbread from Ruby’s and the Pueblo Chile & Cream Burger from Graham’s Grill 3!
