There is something for everyone at Fuel & Iron Food Hall!  Located in the historic Holmes Hardware Building, this family-friendly establishment offers 6 restaurant concepts and a central bar that serves up local craft beers and cocktails.  Fuel & Iron Food Hall is an incubator for aspiring restaurateurs, whether our chefs are launching their first or their fifth business. Each unique concept is owned by a different independent chef, who will leave the food hall after a few years to expand their restaurant into a brick-and-mortar location.  Combine great food with Pueblo’s best bar program, a kids area, an art gallery and a wide variety of community events, and you have a spot you won’t want to miss on your next trip to Pueblo!
