The Porkchop Lady and Sams Street Tacos

Our next stop will include food from one of our newest Chamber Members and awesome local Food Trucks, The porkchop lady/ sams street tacos!

The Pork Chop Lady is a well known icon and food vendor around Pueblo, especially at the Annual Chile & Frijoles Festival for the last 25 years. In April of 2021, along with their son, owned their first ever Food Truck which then officially hit the road the following August. Creating also Sam’s Street Tacos to add to the name and Business.

The Hernandez Family strongly strive to bring great food to our community as well as try to change a life or two while doing so. With the immense population of Veterans/Military and First Responders, the family make sure to thank them for those for their service with a meal to fill their bellies. As of lately, among their many acts of generosity, they have begun to do their part and make sure anyone who has gone hungry without access to food can have a warm, home cooked meal as well.

They offer anything from Street Food to Classic Mexican Dishes. Included in most food items always is fresh Chile, provided by Musso Farms. With new things to come and try.
