Steel City Cafe Food Trailer

Our first stop will include entrees from Steel City Cafe a mobile food trailer!

Make your way down to 126 Oneida St. right in front of Walter’s Brewery & Taproom. You can can find Chef Harvey and his beautiful food trailer. You can also find him a few days a week at the Parkview Medical Center food truck scene.

Pueblo Chile can be found in all stages of Chef Harvey’s cooking. He uses Walter’s Pueblo Chile Beer in his marinades. Ground Pueblo Chile in his seasoning spices and chopped Pueblo Chile in his burgers and signature sauces.

Chef Harvey comes to Pueblo after working with high end chefs on the Las Vegas strip. He wanted to offer his talent to local people and use seasonal fresh ingredients. Chef Harvey prides himself on offering made-to-order service and stays away from fried foods. His side dishes usually include fruit or his flavorful potato salad.
